The wind was blowing, the clouds were hustling across the sky and the sea was a striking shade of green.  It was an exhilarating day and this piece was a pleasure to paint.   It was so windy that I do not think an easel would have stood up to the wind, hence this was painted from a photo.   The exact location is in Gros Morne National Park in Newfoundland near Salmon Rock.  This piece was selected as a promotional piece for the North shore Artists Guild.
