Started plein air at VanDusen Botanical Gardens, and although impossible to get a Canadian Goose to stay still for long, I did manage to finish up the painting from a few sketches and photos.

This cute young girl is looking very pleased with herself! I have primed the pine boards with a tinted thick gesso. This leaves some brush marks on the board which I really enjoy working with.
