On the Wild Pacific Trail, in Ucluelet, is Amphitrite Point where a view of the Broken Group of Islands can be seen. The foreground tree is a beautifully shaped and somewhat typically stunted coniferous tree. I walked the trail this year, did some sketches and took lots of photos. This painting is one of those views.
