A gaggle of geese were out on the pond and I selected this particular one. I really liked the way she was moving toward me, yet something to her right caught her attention.

Whytecliff Park has always held a fascination with its little islet that is accessible at low tide and surrounded by the sea at a full tide. This was painted before the noon day sun and Whyte Islet had lovely shadows.

Stearman Beach has long been a favourite of my family. It has a little creek running through the beach to the sea and it has kept kids occupied and enthusiastic on the beach for hours. It looks west over towards Caulfeild and the dipping sun creates a wonderful display at the end of the day.
