It’s a short walk into a big beach at Grant Bay on the west coast. It’s always a perfect day when I set up and paint on the beach.

I painted the more formal gardens with established structure of Van Dusen Botanical Gardens. I had to paint this piece in a hurry as one of the gardeners asked me to move.
I painted this little piece in the Sunflower Garden in Van Dusen Botanical Gardens. The Sunflower faces all look towards the sun.
So many great memories of the wonderful little town of Lahaina, Maui. The fire that destroyed the town of Lahaina, Maui is now a sad fact of life and will always be hard to accept.
The daffodil fields in Chilliwack are a lovely sight to see! I painted this from photos I took when the daffs were in bloom.
