Rebecca Spit is a Provincial Marine Park on the east side of Quadra Island. It is a beautiful 2 km. narrow spit of land that has beaches on both sides.

Long Beach is a beautiful vast beach is located in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. This piece was painted from a sketch I did when I was sitting on the beach.

In Chilliwack there is a breath taking beautiful lavender field that was speaking to me. Waves and rows of pink, purple and blue were so fun to paint. The scent of lavender is calming and lifts your spirits.

As the light in Deep Cove leaves early and casts the cove into shadow, the landforms across the inlet bask in the warm light and offer a wonderful backdrop to the landforms of the Cove. Deep Cove is a wonderfully safe haven for boats.
