The was the painting that was used on the invitation to my solo show that was held at the University Women’s Club at Hycroft. Hycroft is a majestic heritage building that was built in 1909 by General Aleander Duncan McRae and is located in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy area. The building and its 5 acre property were donated to the city of Vancouver on 1942 and during WWII it was a military hospital. Since 1962 it has been home to the University Women’s Club.
